PREMISE
Set in the timeline before "Windtrace Event". Aether is preparing to travel to Inazuma when he visits Albedo at Dragonspine. Underlying feelings blossom and Aether is fooled into an experiment.
Now, Aether lives in a newfound "Home" where he's convinced to be married to Albedo with 8 Children who constantly redefine love and home to Aether.

Timeline.
AETHER'S BODY
+ Aether is Male through and through. In the photo below will be a brief timeline of his transformation.
+ The presence of breasts have appeared around the birth of the "third child" (that would be Lucien, and as implied in Albedo's happiness Research, there was another child which was Lucien's twin who was murdered by Albedo).
+ Because his children are "human", they need to be breastfed. Caligo and Zephyr had little breastfeeding as Aether hadn't fully changed yet, and it only swelled big enough after a few tries. Aether's body adjusts to his new environment which is this "Home".
+ He retains all his body parts and bodily functions with the addition of a "womb". Below is an image on how the womb actually works.
+ Aether's "cycle" (i.e., Menstruation) doesn't come in form of bleeding. Aether's purification activates when any corruption or foreign substance enters his body. Remember that when Albedo cut him open in "Warmth" and made him ingest a drug, Aether bled it out in almost solid blood.
+ However, over the time, the purification ability may activate on its own, which causes an excess of secretions. This excess may make Aether vulnerable and weakened with heightened fevers as his body is overworking without any product (i.e, no child is being formed).
+ Usually, any of the kids would help Aether by having sex with him, but this poses a high risk as the child will be "overly purified", thus, turning them into primitive cannibals who only look at Aether.
LOVE?
The purification ability causes the "monster sperm" to be developed as "human", but their psyche remains the same. They have strong instincts and are devoted to a small society or an established group. For this case, they are living in this "Home" Albedo built.
The children's instincts are purified by directing them to Aether.

BASICS.

The major idea of MV Aether is that his memories are "locked away". Aether does not truly forget who he is nor is it ever erased. Due to the responsibility placed onto him as a parent, Aether forced himself to take care of the children responsibly which eventually caused him to forget significant parts of his life.
In "Mother", Aether briefly remembers his past when Albedo confronted him. Aether also recognized Zhongli and Childe. This is why Albedo is extremely worried because Albedo is aware of Aether's memories being simply repressed and that anything familiar can awaken them. Albedo's worry stems from the fact Albedo is not certain enough that Aether will stay.
It only takes little effort for Aether to remember everything, but by the end of "Mother", Albedo has fully made Aether succumb to family. This is why in "Hurtful Afterstory, Depravity", even if Aether was found by the Knights, he doesn't recognize any of them nor dos he have any moment where he feels nostalgic. This is because Aether has fully let himself into the notion of "family" that Albedo built.

Albedo's appearance, like Aether, has changed over the time. While Aether's transformation is by adapting to family, Albedo's process is through aging in time.
All the children are "closely human", as such, they are mortals who grow up and will eventually die in age. Because Aether knows and can see them grow up, Albedo also changes his appearance to be a little older, letting his hair grow longer, making himself taller, and the like. This is to perfect the illusion of "time".
Both Aether and Albedo "do not age", because Aether is an "otherworldly being" and Albedo is an inhuman creation.
Albedo is a "blank slate" who feels no emotion and operates on a mechanism. He does things accordingly to practice and research, however, unknown to him that he's changed just as much as Aether did throughout this Motherverse timeline.
In Depravity, Caligo notes that Albedo might not realize it but he's deeply in love with Aether.

OTHER CHARACTERS (AU). Added as of 12/02/21
Auntie Sucrose. While not exclusive for AU Side Stories, Sucrose does appear in the main storyline and is implied to be the children's "Aunt"
(Uncle) Zenith. A name chosen by "Imposter" Albedo. While waiting for years to find the right time to face Albedo, he ends up stumbling upon on of the MV Children. Unknown to him that encounter is what would lead him to meeting "Aether", the onw who would change his life's goals. He is also called as "Uncle Zenith" by the children. (Albedo does not welcome his presence near Aether, however for the sake of experimentation, he allows Zenith's presence to an extent).
Notes.
+ Multiple children have been conceived, however, the majority of it resulted to a miscarriage, you may refer to the docs outline if you are curious to know about the timeline of miscarriages.
+ "Pothifwyn", is a major character in "Immorality" as who becomes Aether's realization. Again, it's not difficult for Aether to break into reality, he's simply grounded by responsibility and guilt. But upon seeing Pothifwyn who is completely unrelated to the first generation of children (more so, he's an outsider), Aether realizes that it might become worse and he escapes.
Motherverse was just created by some dude who wanted to pull for Albedo and thought it would be cool to see family man Albedo (derogatory).
"Warmth" was published around December and I created more and more Albether fics as I was hoping it would manifest Albedo (I ended up mass creating a handful of fics just so I can get Albedo).
Regardless, Motherverse actually first came from my other Albether series "creation, ruination." which has two one-shots "Canvas" and "Creation" where Albedo paints on Aether's body and it becomes a living thing. Motherverse was an upgrade of that.
While I have deleted my profile, Motherverse stays anon since I don't have the heart to orphan account it in case there comes a time I want to actually delete them in the future.
All its side stories, media (including audio and drawings) are all edited and/or drawn by the author. I wanted to extend my gratitude to everyone who's sincerely enjoyed my silly works. I've been trying hard to draw a lot these days so I hope you enjoy them! I also played along with sampling because I wanted to try adding audio to MV.
FUTURE USE
Due to the abundance of OCs in this worldbuild. the author has ultimately decided on making a separate story that is completely original to transfer all my OCs. It will retain the same premise, simply eradicating "Albedo" and remodeling "Aether" as my OC.
It will have the same incest and abusive love cycle, with the changes of environment setting and history as well relationship dynamics and name changes.
I personally didn't want to tie down my OCs to just one AU so I had adopted them to a new world solely for them.
